Have one kid as a Junior and another one coming into the school! There is a great environment of teachers that care. Like all the school, nothing is perfect but enough people care!

I went to this school to do a Tennis Assembly with all grades and had the best time with the kids. I found the kids happy, polite and excited about learning, several teachers dropped in to see what the excitement was all about, and they were one of the most friendliest and warm teachers ever. Felt right at home with them as they were very friendly. The Principal I met years ago, she was great then and the same now. She's a great lady. The asst. principal was so warm and friendly and so excited for the kids to get the experience of learning a few things about tennis. We are coming back to them in the Fall with an afterschool program for the kids. I fell in love with that school and the staff, including the office personnel. They were great to work with, and getting to know them was a pleasure. The PE coach was great and had a good relationship with the kids and a lot of respect given both ways. The kids showed a lot of respect to my team that came with me. I/we can't wait until the Fall to start us on a journey to building a great relationship with everyone at this school.

We absolutely love Benjamin Franklin. Last year brought a change of leadership that has re-energized the staff. Significant effort has been placed on supporting students, academic excellence, and zero tolerance for conduct violations. My child is in the honors program and has excelled under the more challenging curriculum. He has a caring, direct relationship with each of his teachers, and because of this he is motivated to succeed. Staff is easy to access with questions. Your child can begin to earn high school credits in middle school. It is easy to volunteer and help at various events after school. Security is tight during the day and the security team takes this very seriously. By attending Benjamin Franklin, I feel my son will be well-prepared to enter the IB Honors program in high school. If you are seeking a challenging curriculum where students are allowed to ask questions, be themselves, make good friends and grow as people, I would encourage you to take a look at Benjamin Franklin.
