This apartment is just 2 blocks from the beach. Building is safely gated inside, so you need a code or key to get in. It has hardwood floors through out except bathroom and kitchen which has tile. Large bedrooms and living room area. Comes with refrigerator and gas stove. Coin laundry. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Available for rent August 1st. I do still live here but my lease is up in October. My landlord said I could break my lease if I find another renter. I can show you the apartment anytime after 5:30 m-f or anytime on the weekend. I can answer any questions you have or I can provide my landlords number as well.Pet deposit is $500 which is refundable. Move in cost is 1st months rent and security deposit which is same as rent.Bixby park to just a short walk away. Which is great for barbecuing or small kids for the play ground. Coffee and donut shop, At last Cafe just one block away. Pet store is just 2 blocks away.There are 10 apartments in the building and 5 garages that you can rent for 100 per month but there is a waiting list you can ask to get on.
