We now have a spacious townhouse-style apartment with kitchen and living room downstairs, & bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The full-size kitchen was remodeled with plenty of espresso cabinets with brushed nickel handles, very nice appliances (black dishwasher, built-in oven, side by side refrigerator, microwave and cooktop), color coordinated countertops, smooth plaster walls, beautiful ceramic tile flooring, and a pantry closet. The living room has new carpet, some espresso cabinetry and an espresso/brushed nickel ceiling fan. The bedroom is huge, and has carpet and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has espresso cabinetry with brushed nickel handles, and there is a huge linen closet as well. There is plenty of storage, with multiple closets upstairs and downstairs. There are front and rear entrance doors, and covered lighted parking just outside the rear door. There is also an onsite laundry just a few steps away. The property is only three blocks from the Light Rail station and ASU, but just far enough away from campus to be quiet. There are only seven residences in the building, and there is no one living above or below you, which is very nice.

The owner pays water, sewer, trash and gas for hot water, so you only pay for electricity! It is now available for rent, and there is a move-in special for a 12-month rental agreement: Your choice of either $300 off your first month's rent OR $50 off each month's rent for 12 months (lowering the rent from $1220/mo to $1170/mo).     " Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
