I have to give the high rating after an incident involving my daughter was handled swiftly and safely. I was called immediately because a teacher sensed trouble. Danger was averted, but this could have been a tragic event if an adult had not been paying attention!!! Thank you!!!

I went to Alfred elementary as a child and some of my best memories come from that school. If you have the opportunity to send your child here do it! You nor your child will be disappointed. Awesome staff inspired me to teach

The teachers -for the most part- are kind and very eager to teach their students well. The majority of the students is a whole different story though, however. Gossip is common in this school and this might be of concern to some parents. Besides the gossip, this school is very aimed to be a bully-free place, and I'd say that in general it is a good-intentioned school.
