Property is being sold in an as-is condition, and the condition is unknown and may include defects, possible health or safety hazards, or debris, or be located in a Special Flood Hazard Area.     "I live in this area, and I haven't had any problems as far as crime or vandalism go, but there is a lot of foot traffic coming in and out of the neighborhood, and many of the travelers are inebriated and talkative! Also, the probation administration is within 100 yards, so I do worry about the kind of people passing through. On the positive side, there is a lovely local grocery store, Edwards IGA, very close by, as well as a Pizza Hut and a Domino's within easy walking distance (less than 5 min). The rent in this area is below what is normal for this city, but beware of the utility bill...ours was over $350 a month in the winter, which was over half of what we pay in rent, and we are VERY careful about not wasting electricity or water!"
