"There are lots of people with dogs of varying sizes here. Aside from houses with front and back yards there are also several open spaces like parks where you can go to walk or play with your dog outside."

"There are nearby parks, a dance academy, School of Rock, and Scout Grounds nearby. Movie theaters in Pelham and Bronxville that show a lot of Children friendly films. Cross County is about 1 mile away. "

"I’ve been in this neighborhood two years now one thing I say is the sidewalk hole broken. The light is very minimal trees are always falling on cars very little crime as of yet very shoppable"

"There is a public school nearby on Carpenter Ave. if you're looking to enroll your child(ren). This is also a very safe neighborhood despite what some folks may say about the Bronx. I lived here since I was in my early twenties and everyone is respectful and nobody bothers anybody. "
