Secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bath single wide mobile home in a growing area. It has a large covered deck on the front and lots of wildlife. It has city water and septic tank with tin skirting. It was being used as a rental and does need a little paint, carpet in 2 kids rooms and vinyl flooring laid. We purchased vinyl but have not had a chance to lay it. It has 2 entrances to the property but they need work because they have washed out. We always maintained them with a tractor, but we moved out of town. This is a great starter home and close to the lake (no lake access) with a seasonal view of the lake from the large covered deck on the front of the house.

The mode or option to use Public transits system around here is barely used as it isn’t well developed or integrated into our community. The schools in Rogers are well maintained, the curriculum is strong, and the the amount of programs that are offered are robust. Eduction is important to the families that live in and around Rogers too. Also the parks in Rogers and the walking and biking trails are well maintained and they are being improved and expanded. There is a variety of housing options. Also, they are improving and adding roads to help alleviate congestion around Rogers. It’s great location, still has a small town feel but with lots of options and activities for all age groups. "

The traffic is generally easy to deal with making our commute better. Also, I love to drive through downtown Rogers each morning because it is so quaint. "
