    "Kensington neighborhood looks like it should be nice, but people drive entirely too fast through here, blow stop signs constantly, and everyone with a dog seemingly lets it bark at will and defecate in other people's lawns. "

However, there are a lot of good neighborhoods. If you are moving from out of state, don’t rely on your realtor says on what areas are rough, get residents opinions. "
