The kitchen has tile floor with some tiles broken (6-8). There are no appliances present. Cabinets are in good condition. All walls and ceiling in good condition. House in overall good condition with few repairs needed.

    "There are no rideshare or public transit services available. I believe there is one taxi driver in the whole town. Traffic is usually not bad however. This is a small town and you can get pretty much anywhere in town in under 20 minutes. "
