"Some neighborhoods in Terrell do not have sidewalks or are unkept and are in my opinion too unsafe for children to walk to school. It is also not uncommon to see stray dogs roaming the streets with the potential of them being aggressive. "

"My commute is at least 30 minutes one each day at least and traffic in the afternoons is 45 to 60 minutes. Traffic between Sunnyvale and Forney is horrible. "

"Some dogs roam freely though there is high traffic and speeders through the neighborhood. City ordinances regarding registration and other requirements can be expensive and intrusive. Local vet clinics are the most inadequate and insensitive we have come in contact with."

"It's the arm pit of TX. No one lives here by choice. It's like quick sand. It sucks you in by force and pulls you under so you can never leave. The only positive is Jamie Fox grew up here."
