"I've owned my home in this safe west side neighborhood. There has been only one crime that I know of in my entire 30 years. My neighbors are diverse, educated and stable. I regularly walk to shopping and around Capital lake and even at night without fear."

"Very beautiful people. Awesome landscape. No issues with the are at all. A lot of homeless people but all of these are in downtown. Its a very decent capital of the state with good friendly charming and lovely people. Its hard to describe any city with such quality. "

"This neighborhood is very secure. There is plenty of space for children to play safely outside. Neighbors look out for each other. We have had no issues with crime since moving in three years ago. "

"There are many street people and the bars are loud. It doesn’t feel very clean or safe. There is also quite a bite of vandalism and graffiti and the police do not even come out for that. I love my apartment and the view, but it is not easy to live downtown."

"It’s on the water away from downtown Olympia, which is not an appealing city at all. There is a marina that has activities regularly. It’s a nice place to walk the dogs, lots of wildlife. "

"We moved here last year and we love it. Wonderful town with very friendly people. Our neighborhood is close to everything we need. Beautiful old trees make this seem like the country but right in town. We are so happy to live here."
