Description

We are able to finally move into a house but before that can happen we need to have someone take over our lease here at Renue on Orange to avoid having to pay a penalty. The lease is until June and can easily be renewed each year at our grandfathered price. The apartment will be available November 20th but we can also discuss a later move in if that works better for you! It will be first come first serve and it will go fast with the price we are able to offer so let us know ASAP if you're interested!

    " Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
