THE UNIT OFFERED for the rate of $895/month for a 12 month lease or $1800/month for month to month seasonal stay, IS A FULLY FURNISHED STUDIO APARTMENT THAT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES (Gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage and WIFI), making the pre-utility cost around $600/month for an annual lease term, if comparing to other properties in Port Clinton that do not include utilities, and are also not furnished and/or do not include a washer and dryer.

This studio apartment is located in an entirely renovated (to the studs) duplex with two units. Each apartment is approximately 550 SF.

Apartment B is a studio loft-style apartment in downtown Port Clinton. This clean, safe, newly renovated building was formerly a dry cleaner.

This unit includes a wall hung, flat screen TV and a full size washer and dryer, as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make an average meal. We provide linens, towels, etc. as well.

We fondly say, "all you need is to bring your toothbrush"! Everything else is included.

Lots of weekenders coming through town to visit the Lake Erie Islands. Cedar Point only about 30 minutes away and vast numbers of marinas, food establishments and clubs within a short drive. Excellent locale from which to daytrip to Cleveland, Toledo or Columbus areas. Beaches throughout area and both state and federal preserves within 30 minutes of town. Great area for birdwatching and fishing - also water recreation."
