About this House

This is a newly remodeled all brick home with many many upgrades with in the last year or less. This home is at 114 Amanda St. Sparta, MO 65753 on a corner lot with 1/3 of an acre. We have owned the home since 2003 and it has been a great home. We put in a new 6 foot cedar privacy fence on 6 foot centers and all screwed instead of nails and stained with cabot stain. The living room and hallway have had solid oak pre-finished Bellawood floors installed. All interior doors were replaced with solid core doors with oil rubbed bronze hardware and handles. We also had new Stainmaster frieze carpet installed just last week in all three of the bedrooms with Stainmaster premium pad. All three bedrooms have very nice sized closets with the master having a walk-in closet. The bathroom off of the master bedroom was just completely remodeled and a door was added allowing access to master bedroom. The quest bathroom has a 1916 cast iron tub with shower and is completely tiled as well. Had new seamless gutters and downspouts with debris guards installed last summer. Had to install a new heat pump and furnace in 2008 installed by Hometown Heating and Cooling. Also had new roof put on in 2008 with 30 year architectural shingles. And we also replaced the 40 gallon water heater with a new 80 gallon in 2010. It has a two car garage that is cooled and heated with remodeled insulated garage doors. The exterior is all brick and has mature landscaping with landscape lighting and in ground quick attach water sprinklers. The back yard has a 10x16 deck with railing and an in ground fire pit. The home also come with a Liftime 8x12 shed that is maintenance free on a concrete slab. This home would be great for a first time home owner or someone wanting to be within walking distance of everything. If interested you may call or text me at 417-988-0205 and feel free to do so with any questions you may have no matter how big or small. Will not rent or lease. Reasonable offers will be accepted. Will only list on here for about a month or so then going to list with a realtor.
