This adorable mobile home is located in Waterford mobile home park on a quiet street. This 14x80 home has had some remodeling done. All new windows 2012, with window shades in all the windows.Windows are still under warranty.A new kitchen floor 2013. A new ac unit summer of 2008. Both bathrooms have been redone. The roof was done around 8 years ago. The hot water heater was replaced also in 2007. New carpet throughout. Ceiling fans in all rooms, with remote control in both bedrooms. Both front and back screen doors are new and the same. A huge shed with electric. A handicap ramp for easy access for wheelchairs. Grab bars in both showers. And this house was never smoked in. Lot rent for Waterford is $598 a month. Rent includes: water,sewer,trash,snow removal and cable.

Traffic is non existent and neighborhood is quiet. Traveling to local restaurants and entertainment is easy and within ten minutes. Commute to PHILADELPHIA and airport is approximately one hour. Traveling during summer travel and holiday weekends is painful on 95 and surrounding roads with influx and outflux of people traveling. "
