The solar collector is not working. There are 2 composting stools in the toilet room.There is an attached 98 sq/ft garage. Cabin & garage contents are negotiable. 2022 annual taxes were just $111.65! Greenwood comes with sensible ecological Bylaws & Indentures to preserve its pristine setting & ground water. The driveway connecting the property to Sugar Tree Road does not have a deeded easement but it also serves the east neighbor.
