"Neighbors watch out for each other. It's quiet and safe. The yards are taken care of and it's a joy to sit outside and watch the joggers and bicyclists go by. Lots of folks walk their dogs and speak to each other as they pass by the house."

Garland Rd. initiative will continue to improve area and attract new and unique businesses. Lochwood area homes are built on rock, so there are NO foundation problems, a rarity in Dallas!"
