Here is a nice floor plan with open kitchen/dining/living room feature!It is being sold by a successor trustee after the death of her sister. ChicagoTitle/Norman has the Trust Documents. The home is in need of some cosmetic TLC like new flooring, paint and maybe some appliances. The dishwasher does not work but there is a stackable washer/dryer and they work.The HVAC was replaced in 2016 by Waggoners. Roof was replaced in 2020. The gas oven/range works alright as far as we know. It has a split bedroom plan with the largest bedroom and attached bathroom w/double vanities and his and her closets on one side and two bedrooms and a full bath on the other side.The two car garage has an above ground heavy storm shelter. The house could be a great home again with some deep cleaning and cosmetic care. The price reflects the needs.

Lots of young families and within a 15 drive to downtown Norman, grocery stores, pharmacy and schools . I’ve never felt more safe and cared for in a neighborhood "

Tacos los gauchos has the best queso birria, tamashii ramen house has amazing ramen, sweet basil, volcano sushi Tuesday specials, neighborhood jam.. the list goes on. Dog parks, the health club gym, and friendly people. We love it here. "

The only problem is if you live in an outlying area, like I do, where the nearest pick up location is about 3 miles away. I commute to OKC everyday, takes about 25 minutes in morning traffic."
