Description

3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home from the early 70's. Not in livable condition. There is a very deep well on the property, as well as sewage but both need to be serviced. Very clean well water. The property is just shy of half an acre. Very quiet neighborhood. Very close to town in all directions, but removed so as to not be bothered by traffic. Does not flood, not even when Harvey came.     "We don’t do anything in this neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves and as of recent our vehicles have been getting broken into. The water valves don’t work for lawn care and they charge mandatory $100 maintenance and the grass/trees are still your responsibility. "
