"Dog owners in Reading love the abundance of scenic green spaces, such as Gring’s Mill Recreation Area and the Reading Public Museum Arboretum, which feature extensive walking trails. Secure, off-leash play is a major plus at spots like Jim Dietrich Dog Park and the new Schlegel Park facility"
  • Trulia User
"Bus transportation at every corner, easy to get around either by walking, bus, bike, scooter, handicap rams on corners. Traffic light"

"Quit streets good hard working people A neighborhood's uniqueness comes from its unique blend of people, local businesses, amenities, and character. Factors like safety, the quality of schools, and community atmosphere contribute to its distinct identity, while specific features such as a thriving food scene, parks, or a rich history can make it special. Ultimately, a neighborhood becomes unique through the relationships residents build, the shared meanings they attach to places, and the lifestyle it"
  • Fred Matias

"I need more space where to have my pet and I want an extra room and a better school nearby for my daughter."
  • Morsletine67
"There are a lot of people that walk their dogs in this area and most people are animal friendly, but you do have some people that put up signs to keep off lawn. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up. As a dog owner, I always clean up after my dog and I get very annoyed when I am walking and I see that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. "
  • Jul Kastle
"Very Friendly Neighborhood~We Feel safe in our Community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming..Nice place to call Home. "
  • Jfinks69
"Neighbors are respectful of each other and their properties. The area is maintained and is close enough to shops and businesses without being too close. "
  • Morgan
"724 can be backed up at times, which is annoying. Local groceries, post office, school and farmers market is all very convenient. "
  • Pchacon2122
"Neighbors are pet friendly and I have ample space for my dogs in my yard. I feel my dogs are safe in our yard/home "
  • D. Rivera
"Absolutely nothing. I moved here because I lived among the elderly and they began moving and selling their homes after Covid. Now the neighbors are loud with music playing constantly. Outside smoking weed and using profanity all the time. Gets worse during the summer time. I cannot let my kids outside to ply because there is no respect for them as children."
  • hm96
"Some people do not keep their dogs quiet, then the barking picks up when people or another dog is walking by. "
  • Keesha Hill
