Many amenities such as free Wi-Fi/TV, a 5th floor pool/hot tub/firepit deck, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, bike storage, enclosed parking, and many others as well.

All utilities such as electricity and water, parking, etc. all included in the monthly price. No hidden costs at all. 1/2 month rent security deposit due at time of signing, to be refunded at the end of the lease term.

    " Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
