In addition to the semi-private and convenient location, these spacious two- and three-bedroom apartment homes are within walking distance to Buckroe Beach and offer many wonderful amenities including many panoramic views of the Chesapeake Bay. Our community is also pet-friendly so your four-legged fur babies can enjoy living with you as well.

This two-bedroom condo style apartment home offers two full bathrooms, resides on the second floor, has walk in closets in both bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen with a wraparound breakfast bar and connections for a full-size washer/dryer as well. You will be absolutely in love with your new home!

Residents are responsible for electric, gas (heat and hot water) and the water bill as well. We take care of trash and landscaping. We offer one assigned parking spot per home for which there is no fee. We have guest parking for homes with one extra vehicle or visitors. We are pet friendly and allow a total maximum of two pets; this can be two dogs, two cats, or one dog and one cat. Our non-refundable pet privlege $350 for one pet or $500 for two.

There is an application fee of $50 per person over the age of 18, a $250 application deposit, and an admin fee of $100. The admin fee is due at the time of lease signing.
