Unit is an attached, separate unit at the rear of the original house, which is also rented.

Available furnishings include living room bookshelf; dining room table & chairs; master bed nightstands; second bedroom/office desk & bookshelf; two other tall bookshelves.

Enjoy green living -- solar water and electric, EnergyStar appliances, compost, drying lines.

Excellent, respectful, drama-free, financially-stable tenants only. This is our family home, so we only rent to responsible tenants who respect the property and neighbors.

No pets or smoking.
