This is a historic property that used to be a stagecoach stop with a barn that was built in 1860. Open space parks, hiking trails, disc golf, a dog park and a zip line are all within walking distance.
Owner lives on the property.
No smoking is allowed in the property. This includes tobacco and marijuana.
We have other tenants on the property and are looking for a someone who would be a good fit for our little quiet supportive community.

Owner pays for gas, electric, water and garbage. Internet is not included. Twelve month lease but we are flexible if you need to leave.
We love dogs but we will need to "interview" them before we will rent to you. Due to liability, tenant must have renters insurance if you have a dog on the property.

    "I've never been happier with a decision in my life than moving to Conifer. The community here is like nothing I've ever experienced, with annual neighborhood block parties, halloween hay rides for the kids, Christmas parades, BBQ festivals, live music. I used to live in a subdivision (in Parker and Superior), and the vibe up here in Conifer is completely different. All of my neighbors would sacrifice their weekend and bend over backwards to help me, and I would do the same for them. If you want to be left alone, there's plenty of space to do that up here. If you want a tight knit community where you know the names of the hardware store employees and see your friendly neighbors at the grocery store, this it it. This really is the perfect place to call home, for all ages."
