Also, not every house is the same. So if you are looking for a house with charm, then you are in luck!"

    "Country living, but not too far from the city. 19 minutes to VRE. Situated halfway between Fredericksburg and the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren. Less than a 30 minute drive to either one. Sealston elementary school is 2 miles away. An outstanding school with very highly engaged, caring staff, and large classrooms. Sealston Park Athletic Complex is right next to the school."
