I got bullied heavily my entire childhood from kindergarten to 8th grade and the staff never did anything to stop it. I would constantly be pulled into the office to get to the bottom of it but it never was resolved. Had to do group counseling with my bullies and I don’t know why anyone would think that it’s a good idea to do that but they did. In 7th grade someone spread a disgusting rumor about me and it almost got me taken away from my parents because of how serious it was. This dude told the principal about this too and I had to speak to the cops and they thought my parents were forcing me to make adult content. Mind you I didn’t make adult content I was only in 7th grade. The dude never got in trouble for saying this. The rumors just kept getting worse. The dude would tell people I was talking bad about them and I was getting jumped every week. To make things worse the principle didn’t even believe I was innocent and every time I got jumped I would still get in trouble and I would get told that there is no way they are making all this up and that it just keeps happening to me for no reason. The bulling got to bad to the point I wanted to end it all and I was struggling so hard. Only 2 teachers actually cared about me and they no longer teach there. The bulling from the rumor never really left either. It made everyone at the school hate me and I didn’t really have any friends and the ones I did have I didn’t even really like because we just didn’t have anything in common but I guess it was better than being alone. I do not think this school was a good school I didn’t feel safe here I hated going to school so much I would pretend to be sick and throwing up just to stay home and I would do this every week. I couldn’t stand having to go to a school where everyone hated me and I didn’t even do anything to deserve it.

The staff at WR work very hard to provide both a great experience and a great learning environment. My daughter transferred from a Tracy high school to WR and honestly said she misjudged the school based upon what people thought/rumored vs. reality. All of the teachers and admin are dialed in to the succeed of the students. I see the principle out in front of the school everyday before and after school personally putting in the work to make the learning experience one that is truly a blessing for the kids.
