Plus a separate laundry/storage room off the 2 car garage. Water and dryer not provided. Rv parking and gate on side of house. Priced at $1600.00 a month plus a $1200.00 deposit and $25 tenant screening report for each person over 18. Or you can use zillows tenant screening for $29. Owner will consider a pet with a $ 300.00 pet fee. Owner provided pool service. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
