Private room in a quiet, country setting, 2 large windows approximately 300 sq. ft. Big enough to fit a queen bed, love seat, dresser and still have plenty of extra room. Large Living room is already furnished along with kitchen and bathroom. very simple style. Chickens and horses in the back yard, pretty views out the window.

Month to month lease. Looking for a stable, long term roommate. base rent is 560. monthly utilities are around $100. Garbage is paid for tri monthly, $75. Propane tank needs a fill once a year in December usually. It's market pricing but usually $150 each.

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive.
