The yard's sprinkler system even comes with a remote to advance the watering station when checking sprinkler operation. The kitchen was recently remodeled which includes granite, new wood cabinets, soft close drawers and stainless steel appliances. The appliances are; matching Frigidaire Gallery Series stainless refrigerator, stove, microwave and diswasher. Also included are front load clothes washer and dryer both on pedestals which have drawers for extra storage. Split Floor Plan has the large Master Suite with it's own 8 foot slider which leads into the caged pool area. The Master Bathroom has his/hers vanities, a garden tub, separate walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.
