Convenient Hixson location near Gadd Rd & Hwy 153. Maintenance free, all brick exterior. There is some stained wood siding under the front porch roof and below the roof on sides of the duplex. The shingle roof is not very old. Both units have a living room as you walk in, a kitchen, a laundry room on the back of the unit, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Side A (the right hand side) has new counter tops in the kitchen, a new kitchen sink, has been repainted inside, and is move-in-ready. New vinyl floors in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Side B of the duplex is occupied and is being rented for $550 per month. In today's rental market, you could easily rent this duplex for more money.
