5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school (and lake county as a whole) allows bullying, and promotes a victim-blaming culture. If you’re an athlete, you can do and say whatever you want with no consequences. If you’re part of the “Mount Dora old money network” you pretty much run everything here.Parent Review2y ago6 Reviews - Mt. Dora Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averageas a current student in the school, I very much think that it sucks really bad, there's way too much drama and I heard some kids are trying to fire the culinary teacher because favoritism, there's even a student with an ankle monitor, 0/10 don't recommend, I get bullied allot and some of the staff don't even care about you, one day at lunch I was getting bullied then I asked an admin for help, they completely ignored me, don't bring your children here.Student Review2mo ago11 Reviews - Triangle Elementary School

"Having a dog in this community is really nice, especially if you have a fenced yard. The homes are a good distance from each other, also everyone walks their dogs, and there walking areas in the pkwy with plastic bags to deposit your dogs poop in the trash can. "

"Although Mount Dora is not exactly an animal friendly town a there are a few nice dog parks around. My presumption is that the a few dog owners don't clean up after their pets making it tough for everyone else and their dogs."

"neighbors inviting neighbors for cover dish dinners; community sport tournaments, pickle ball, table tennis, tennis... card games, clubs too many to say, from travel to places around the world, and in USA to quilting club and book club. The Sunrise and Sunsets are spectacular and the collection of ondulating connected lakes make this community the ideal place to live. This is truly a precious community."
