About this House

This is a short sale. This home is being sold ''AS IS'' ''WHERE IS''. This home nestled in the end of Romans Place in 3.24 partially wooded acres. Very private. The home is in need of some repairs. Well for water is on adjacent property and lines are clogged possibly with sand causing water not to flow to master bathroom, laundry room and the sink in the hall bath. The back porch is rotted and needs to be replaced, front steps are starting to rot. The B/I microwave does not work. Washer and dryer do not convey. It is 30 minutes from Boeing, Bosch, Joint Base Charleston, 45 minutes to downtown Charleston and all beaches. Just 20 minutes to Cypress Gardens and Bushy Park. Only a few minutes from the Tail Race Canal. This hoem has so much potential.

"Ive lived in this neighborhood for 35 yrs and it still has the small town feel. We have a million dollar property and there is no where else in the tri-county area we’d rather live. The neighbors are more like family and people are friendly. Crime is low and people are involved in the community. We also have YHE best mayor around!!!!"
