5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would like to give a big high five to MICHELLE LODER. I cannot remember the last time I have had such a pleasant experience with a school staffer. I spoke with her about a concern and she solved it for me. She called me back as promised and was so elegant and graceful I was surprisd because most people in this world are cynical and rude. It was about JOSTENS and she made me forget I was worried. when I told her I had a stroke she said she was sorry. very few people even show empathy. Please give her a big ole pat on the back for me.
