Nine foot ceilings are found on the first Floor, with eight foot ceilings on the second. The Bathrooms have new white ceramic tile walls and floors, and Bedrooms are well-proportioned. This is one of the few homes in Mathews County that is on the public sewer system instead of a septic system. Close to schools and shopping, but not too close! 2011 County Assessment: $202,000 Last appraisal was done around 2006 and was valued at $260,000 (the good old days)!
