This beautiful home is located on a quiet street in North Olean, but just minutes away from conveniences of downtown Olean. Perfect for families - a short walk or drive to nearby schools and large backyard for kids or pets to play in! The kitchen was 100% renovated last year and all new appliances were installed.

In 2016, the aluminum siding around the entire house was replaced, and the roof was completely re-shingled. These major renovations keep your home much warmer and reduce your heating bills considerably.

The first floor features a living room with hardwood flooring, formal dining room for family dinners, and a spacious kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry.

A walk-in pantry is located off the kitchen for all your brooms, vacuum cleaners and kitchen extras. I am looking ideally for longer-term, conscientious tenants who would be careful and considerate of the space. Only nice people need apply :)

These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
