The large second-floor bathroom features a full-length mirror and a giant closet. The master bedroom has windows that look out onto the street, while the second bedroom enjoys double, sliding door closets.

Laundry is located in the basement, where there is also plenty of room for storage or a workshop. The basement can be reached by stairs inside the house, and also from a staircase in the rear enclosed porch.

I am looking ideally for longer-term, conscientious tenants who would be careful and considerate of the space. Only nice people need apply :)

These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
