About this House

Hi there,

I have a beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for rent August 1st (I'm flexible on the dates).

About the place: There's a ton of storage; 4 large closets in unit, community basement and apartment has a dedicated storage unit that comes with the apartment. It has hardwood floors throughout, crown molding and gets really nice natural light. Each room has a separate heater, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. There's also a cute little backyard behind the building and laundry facilities on-site.

Location/Parking: The location is a short walk from downtown and 3 blocks from Whole Foods and Jewel. There's a YMCA about 4 blocks away as well. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building but no one lives above or below so noise has never been an issue. Also, parking is super easy and I've never had to park more than a 50 yards away.

Bills: Heat is included in the rent. Electricity is usually around $40/month and gas is about $12/month. There's also a security deposit needed which is $1050.

Show Times: I'm looking for someone to rent this quickly so contact me if you'd like to come see it this week or weekend. I'm available during the day and evening this week (7/8 - 7/12) and can show it any other evening or weekend after that.

Contact me with questions.
