    For some reason Zillow has the wrong address and I cannot fix it. The Lot is adjacent to 11121 Church Dr., Riverview FL 33578.

    Are you tired of your HOA telling you that you cannot have a large garden, fruit trees, chickens, etc? Are your neighbors cool but you prefer them 100+ feet away instead of 20 feet away?

    Here is some land in a VERY DESIRABLE Riverview neighborhood with no HOA or CDD to build your house on. This almost 1/2 acre lot is in a quiet Riverview neighborhood but is still 5-10 minutes away from i-75, grocery stores, hardware stores, Brandon mall, good schools, parks, Alafia River and more. It is fenced in on 3 sides and has been cleared for a house to be built but still has several mature oak trees in the back to provide shade. It even has a water view from the back due to the neighbors large pond. For the buyer looking to build a house, only single-family conventional homes are allowed, no manufactured or mobile homes. The area is on City water but well water is also allowed. A septic tank would need to be put during the house build.
