Description


A comfortable home, easy to maintain and within one block to the South is Main St where there is a bus stop should you need access to public transportation.
One block North you have Hwy 2 where if you go East you will find L & M Fleet Supply, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Culver's, Chequamegon Clinic, and Walmart amongst other business's. going West leads you toward Ashland where you will find most of your needs met and it also heads to Duluth.
Some of the main characteristics of our home are:
2004 we had a concrete walkway 4' wide constructed from the house to the garage.
Also in 2004 we had a blacktop parking area constructed.
2005 we had the garage door modified to a larger door and installed an automatic garage door opener.
In 2007 we installed aluminum seamless gutters on the house and garage.
Replaced the old furnace with an Amana furnace also in 2007.
2008 a new roof was installed on the house.
2010 a 6 ft high privacy wooden plank fence was installed on the West side of the house.
2015 a lateral 4" pipe by approx 48 feet connecting to the city storm drain was laid such that our two sump pumps can pump water directly into the city storm drains.
2018 we mounted a Tankless Water Heater taking care of all our hot water needs.
