Description

Completely updated and tastefully decorated, this beautiful home needs nothing and is ready for you to just move in and enjoy! This home was built as a 3 bedroom but is currently being used as a 2 bedroom because the 3rd was converted into a dining room. Inside on the main floor you will find a comfortable living room with new bamboo hardwood flooring and recessed lighting, a large dining room with updated lighting and pretty chair rail molding, and an eat-in kitchen right out of a magazine with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, detailed tile flooring, recessed lighting and door access to the back yard. The bathroom is also clean and modern with stylish tile, updated vanity, and updated lighting; and the laundry is conveniently located on the main floor. The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious and beautifully decorated. Outside the yard is open, flat, completely fenced-in, and has a large patio and matching shed. "No answer , I only work in Bensalem . From what I see on a day to day basis depending on what neighborhood you stay you will need your car for majority of big shopping trips from your house. Convenience store roads depending on house location you might be able to walk to store "
  • Jenn238
"People don’t respect parking spots Specially when cold - snows. You shovel your vehicle out and leave the parking space for when you come back and people just take it "

"It is a great neighborhood to live and raise children. I personally know I can ask my neighbors for simple favors and have over my house and at the same time have my privacy. They are currently making it an even nicer place to live and I'm happy to say I live here."
  • Ajordansono19@yahoo.com
"I have lived here for 30 years and so happy to say I do. The crime rate is very low, there are no half way homes in the township which can bring the morale completely down as well as decrease the property values and increase drug use to our neighborhoods. It's a beautiful, quant town to live and raise a family."
  • Littlefriend
"We live on a quiet street. There’s not a lot of through traffic. There is a great state park close by if you would like to go for a walk through the woods with your dog. "
