There are truly no comparable homes in the community.

Priced to sell... worth every penny... 2 bedroom single wide homes in the community are selling in the high 30's and have outdated everything.
This home is located in an active 55+ community. The home offers 1,648 square feet of actual living space with 200 SF attached storage and features a flowing, open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room designed for maximum flexibility. 1985 Redman New Moon 24 x 52 with 400 SF add-on with the front 200 SF being used as a sunroom and the back 200 SF being used as a home office (with separate front and back doors).
There is also an attached 200 SF storage shed that I have a sauna in and use for holiday decoration storage and it could easily be converted into a separate living area. The last two pictures of the 200 SF storage shed is from when I purchased the home - it's packed with my items now so posting the mostly empty room to show the added space a new owner would have for a "she shed" :) Shelves have been removed and reconfigured to my needs - plenty of shelf space.
There are speakers built into the attached room for listening to music while enjoying the patio. (A separate stereo is inside the shed that I'm not sure it works but could easily be replaced - I know the speakers work though)
HVAC vents were added to the storage room when the new unit was installed.
Totally remodeled in late 2014 Laminate Flooring throughout with vinyl tile in kitchen and both bathrooms (most rooms also had the subflooring replaced due to leak damage from the prior owners). All of the pipes were replaced so no more leaks. Insulation in the attic was added in 2017.

Space rent includes water and garbage.
The community is all homes, no RVs or travel trailers. Adjoined to Lost Dutchman Since the communities are adjoined and owned by the same company the residents are able to use either pool, Jacuzzi, library, work out facility, wood shop, craft room, billiards rooms, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard with a huge community building for meals and other activities. The residents group hold weekly jam sessions, breakfasts on the weekends, potluck dinners for special occasions etc. Drapes in living room will stay but no other furnishings, curtains or décor will.
Taxes run 160.00 for the year. This is a no pets community with exceptions made for service and comfort animals.
Rural Metro Fire Subscription is 18.50 per month.
Must be approved by the park management to live here before closing.
