Our son has had an amazing experience at ACMS. They have done an outstanding job of bringing real world experiences into the classroom, have some great teaching staff and the principal is a Rock Star! The building looks amazing, the office staff are helpful and the communication from the school and from teachers have been outstanding. In a building of more than 600 students, they know my student as an individual, take an interest in his success and they genuinely care about seeing our son succeed. They have went above and beyond in meeting our expectations and our son loves his school!

Honestly, my experience with this school was horrible. They try taking away privileges from everyone, when only a few people messed up. They try to control every aspect of every little thing, and when one person violates one small thing, the whole school has to suffer with them. Instead of taking care of that one person, they punish EVERYONE. Even some of the teachers acknowledge this is not the way to do things. Using negative reinforcements on kids makes them want to act out even more... maybe if they used their heads more.

Sunflower is an outstanding school with a strong sense of community and so many happy families. When my daughter transferred mid-year a couple of years ago, we were welcomed with open arms. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with the teachers and staff. Both of my kids have learned so much and formed close friendships. This is truly a supportive, positive environment.
