"The commute anywhere here in Pooler close to amenities and local entertainment! The beach is 30-35 min away"
  • Tamika Edwards
"Nothing at all! It’s not much done in the neighborhood I live in. The kids don’t really have activities "
  • Lincois Jathan
"Very inclusive and luxurious like. Lots of shopping and eateries to visit and enjoy. Movie theaters are great. "
  • Diane M. S. .
"Our neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is friendly. They all seem to have dogs and walk them frequently. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by!!!! I95 95 and I 16 close by to get to downtown, Savannah, and Hilton Head!"
  • Nieves.family
"My commute only takes 15 minutes in the morning and 15-30 minutes in the afternoon. Traffic at 7:30-8 is light. It starts picking up after that. In the afternoon, Dean forest road is light in traffic but traffic picks up between 4:20-4:45 PM. At this time you should expect delays. "
  • Melanie J. G.
"Lots of traffic during rush hour into and out of Savannah and takes up to an hour or more. Regardless of what route you take."
  • Armandg4
"Practically no public transit. Not very Bike or Walker friendly. 25 minutes drive to downtown. Lot of police speed traps on the way. "
  • Carlton M. I.
"They will love the dog park that’s offered and open space for dogs to play and walk. No hazards to worry about. "
  • AB
"I’ve lived in Pooler for years. Our neighborhood is cute, very green, clean, has lots of places to walk, it’s quiet but also fun. There’s a dog park and a lake just down road a short walk away. Our neighborhood is very friendly and active. Holidays are always fun and the neighborhood goes all out with decorations and celebrations. Food trucks come thru regularly and set up at the pool area for residents to walk down to grab a local bite to eat. Lots of families and kids in the neighborhood. Overall, a very nice place to live. It’s also conveniently located by interstate 16 and 95 and just minutes from lots of restaurants and the outlets. "
  • Willb1x12
"it is full of nice walking areas, there are nice sidewalks and a beautiful lake to walk around.. also there are doggy stations"
  • Frenchymelissa

  • Candybabygirl247
"It has a large beautiful pond, but it’s not restricted off from children. Be cautious of that. This is a lovely neighbor and it’s pretty quiet despite being in town. The only loud noise that happens is when an airplane flies overhead."
  • Will M.
"I live in Pooler and drive to downtown Savannah for work. It takes at most 30 minutes taking I-16 to get there. "
  • Savannahdms
"A lot of people own little dogs here and are always walking them. I have a rescued Doberman who is very friendly and loves everyone, but barks at strangers. Some people love her and some are afraid of her and would rather I have a little dog."
  • Marcus H.
