About this House

In 2022, this home was completely rehabbed from the ground up. An 8’ privacy fence surrounds most of the main property and the rest of the fencing is aluminum. The front gate is hydraulic and has a keypad to enter and built in sensors to protect people and your vehicle. There was a brand new kitchen, large Jacuzzi tub, toilet and very nice vanity installed in the bathroom. This home has a very open concept. At one time it was a two bedroom home, however the very tiny bedroom was removed to expand the kitchen, which has a large amount of brand new cabinets and a huge amount of counter space. All kitchen in bathroom appliances are brand new. Luxury plank vinyl flooring has installed throughout the home.
This home includes a tankless water heater and a brand new split air conditioning system. There’s a extremely large screened in patio not included in the sq. ft., that spreads to entire span of the rear of the home, which can be accessed from four full size sliding glass doors in the rear of the home to enjoy the beautiful view of the Kentucky Lake. This is officially a lake front home. There are two large above ground gardens with expensive soil to grow any type of plant you wish.
