I wish I would’ve taken the google reviews and the advice I was given by word of mouth seriously before ever letting my child set foot in this school. If you want your child treated fairly and just simply like a human being by not just their peers but the staff and personnel (as we all do) find a different school.

Honestly the most amazing school there is. I'm shocked it's not rated 10/10. Whoever is leaving a bad review is likely just difficult to work with parents who expects the school to work as the educator + at-home support. This school has had such a great impact on my son.

I went to this school last year and the year before. It was a memorable experience, not in a good way. I was constantly harassed by other students. A boy there sexually assaulted me and he got in ZERO trouble when there was multiple pieces of evidence. There was lots of kids that verbally harassed the students around them, but they didn’t get in trouble just because they happened to get good grades. The school said that they were trying to stop this behavior, but they weren’t actually trying at all. The boy that assaulted me threw my phone across the cafeteria, multiple teachers saw it. But he got in no trouble. I actually got in trouble for yelling at him afterwards. One of the English/ELA teachers literally put me in a closet. She forced me to go in that closet for really no reason. She never told me why, she just made me go in there. Some of the teachers and kids are amazing and I will definitely miss them now that I’m going to a new school. But I also have a good reason for wanting to transfer schools. Kids don’t get punished for doing something that would literally get them arrested if they were adults. The school “counselor” doesn’t actually try to help you in any way. If you come to her with mental health issues, she just tells you to focus more on school. A big part of the staff believes that getting all A’s is more important than actually wanting to live. They act like they care about you, they don’t. It’s just a sad place that’s whole mission is to graduate as many straight A students as possible. They don’t care if those students are bad people that don’t know right from wrong. All they care about is good reviews. Im so glad to be leaving this place.
