I am on my phone all day constantly checking grades, assignments, attendance…you name it. Being a busy single father of three, since my wife left this sinful world. the Campus Parent mobile app PROVIDED for me by maverick Angelos at Bluehackangels407 (@) g mail com, is an easy way for me to stay involved in my children's educationAnd the teacher's are really doing a good job i must confessParent Review2y ago14 Reviews - Andrew A. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school administrators are the worst. They don't return calls and won't take the time to meet with the parents. The principle wonders why the kids are always misbehaving, but has to realize you can't separate the kids. I have never known a school to have a promotional ceremony for part of the 5th grade and a regular awards ceremony for the rest. Sometimes, you have to put yourself in the kids shoes and see how they feel. A lot of the kids have been looking forward to the day they graduate. Its an accomplishment for them, in which the ones in charge doesn't see that. Sometimes all it takes is for these kids to see that they have someone in their corner and see that they are not doing the work in vain, dor them to want to change their attitudes and behavior. I am disappointed in this school.Other Review7y ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near 111 E 1st St.

"Porchfest! Second Sundays in the park, the annual Baseball game, First Fridays, Pride, Eastside Market, Tour of Homes. But the people and friendships I have made here are the best things about this neighborhood."

"Friendly neighbors, neighborhood gathering like nowhere else in town. You might encounter some vagrants, but they usually keep to themselves. Might be intimidating to some. Need to have an open mind, not racist or homophobic. There's always a neighbor ready to help, even if you don't know them. "

"best neighborhood! feels like a village. I love the way we get together for events, clean ups, parties... I lived in Riverside, Murray Hill... not the same neighborhood feel."

"I love living here. The friendly people and real community feel are what really set it apart from any neighborhood I’ve ever lived in in Jacksonville. People I didn’t even know let us borrow decorations, patio heaters, even a golf cart for our wedding in Klutho Park last winter. I’m so glad it is starting to draw younger families, cool events, and more businesses to the area."

"I have a car so I’m not sure about public transportation but I do see the buses drive through the neighborhood. There’s a decent amount of restaurants and little stores in the neighborhood and it’s very close to downtown. I see a lot of people riding bicycles as well. "
