"its a nice quiet neighborhood everyone helping each other out walking to the park which is 3 blocks down"

" Near the airport great for those who fly for work and travel. Has a small park across the street with a covered pick nick area and a play area for small children, the park also has a half basketball courts for teens and young adults. Located. 5 min from down town 7 min from Texas Tech University and the restaurants by the university."
