The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2-sets of regular-sized bunk beds, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, a portable air conditioner unit, and a 1/2-bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-full-sized bed, an open loft, and a 3/4 bath. Right outside the back French doors is a nice deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored vacation property will sleep 6 -persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).Hot Tub / Wi-Fi / Pets OK / Portable A/C / NO SmokingThe Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
