About this House

Seasonal or Annual Rental: 2/2 Furnished Non-Smoking Treasure Island Waterfront Condo with Deep Water Boat Slilp on Boca Ciega Bay, and short walk to beach from your door.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic waterfront views from you Living, Dining, Kitchen and Screened Balcony. You can even watch for dolphins while you do the dishes (awesome waterfront view from wide window over kitchen sink).

Fully furnished and tastefully appointed.

It's a pleasure to cook or prep in the Granite and Stainless Steel Kitchen, with water views from sink, island bar, and adjacent dining bay.

The views from the wrap around windows in the dining bay make you feel like you're on the bow of a ship.

It's fun to entertain family and guests here; one can even watch the game or movie on the big screen from its reflection in the mirror (for those in the kitchen, island bar, or dining room).

Down the hall from the Great Room and Kitchen, you'll find a Guest Bath with tub, and a washer & dryer.

The North Bedroom, at the end of the hall, offers tranquil light and coastal breezes, and can be set up in the manner you prefer: with a King-size bed, or with two twins, or with a trundle, giving you some extra flex space for your yoga, meditation, hobby, etc.

The South Bedroom most consider the "Master Suite," with its in-suite bathroom with shower, and its extra egress door, for those early morning walks to the beach (or those late-returning nights when you'd rather not wake your guests).

Guests tell us they rarely use their car, as EVERYTHING is within walking distance in this centrally located, pedestrian-friendly beach island. Treasure Island's world famous beach, with its "singing sand," is just a short (Google estimates 7 minutes) walking distance from your door. We've included a couple of aerial maps and some snap shots of a typical walk from condo to beach.

The multi-use trail on the beach allows you to safely travel to Restaurants, Grocery Store, Ice Cream shops, Treasure Island's "down town" and all the interesting, exciting, and unusual Beach Events - Drum Circles, Fireworks, Festivals, Sand Castle Building, Sea Turtle watching.....

Beach walking, and quiet back-street routes can get you to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, and to the Dolphin Watching, Fishing, and Cruise Boat docks too.

Bringing your own boat? Let us know, our deeded boat slip for up to 32' vessel may be available for your sailboat, yacht or motor boat.

Bicycle, Kayak, and Paddle Board rentals are all within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants, bars, and ice-cream parlors. There's even a Waffle House on the corner (about 6 minute walk from your condo).

No smoking, and no pets, sorry.
This condo is a second floor walk-up, so again, sorry, there are no elevators, but there are exceptional views and breezes.

Depending upon length of stay, resort taxes (13%) may apply.

Seasonal Rental Rates vary from $2200 low season (May-Sept); $2500 (Oct-Dec); $3400 (Jan-April). Rates subject to change. Please call for availability and additional terms. No Smoking, No Pets.

"Great neighborhood, small town feel with lots of great stuff near by, plus the beach is a 10 minute drive. Crime is low and access to the beach is great, it’s like Florida was 25 years ago except with better amenities and great air conditioning "
  • Seth F.
"Neighbors are very friendly. You are close to all major attractions in the area yet still feel like you live in the countryside (lots of privacy!). So many dogs!"
  • Nicole D.
"I don’t commute as I work from home. Bridges can cause delays if you’re in a hurry to get somewhere. "
  • Lbegando
"Growing up with the beach as your playground is an amazing way of life. The people are friendly and there is always something to do!"
  • Jim
"Friendly low key beach vibe, not hip, more old school. Light traffic, good roads. Plenty of good local restaurants and beach bars. Public beaches are beautiful and well groomed by the city. Great intercostal for kayak or paddle board. Fishing and crabbing are first rate."
  • Bill
"still uncrowded and affordable. Becoming more cosmopolitan but has a way to go. Beautiful surroundings. "
  • Andrew R.
"I lived here for many years and everything is in walking distance. The island is clean, safe, family and pet friendly. This house is perfectly located to the beach, parks, shopping, dining, entertainment and public transportation including free beach rides up and down the beaches. Treasure Island is still a small town and not overrun by huge hotels and condos, a great place to live."
  • Dana B.
"Five years ago when we were relocated to the area we stumbled up Treasure Island and all of the wonderful beach, restaurants, shopping, music it has to offer. Isle of Palms is a wonderful community where people are friendly and welcoming."
  • Matthew C.
"I stayed in the Heron's Landing condo on Isle of Palms a couple of years ago, and it has a newer dock (constructed around 2007). Once we parked our car in the parking lot, we rarely used the car again, choosing instead to either walk to our destination via the beach prominade (paved multi-use trail), or bicycle to destinations east over the Treasure Island Causeway and then on to the Pinellas Trail. It's a short 2 blocks to the beach, and an easy walk or bike ride to Publix grocery store, Walgreens, the bank, a book store, etc. We also enjoyed the bike ride to the Health Food Store on Central Avenue, and the Pinellas Trail bike route to Tyrone Mall, Walmart, and Target. We started making a game out of "lowering our carbon foot print" and even took the Beach Bus (from the nearby bus stop) to St. Pete Beach one day, then caught another bus to downtown St. Pete to see the Pier, the Fine Arts Museum, and the downtown Beach Drive waterfront area. Though we didn't have a "big boat" to park in the deep water boat slip that came with the condo, we used the dock to launch our peddling-paddling kayak, and enjoyed paddling to the Mangrove Island rookeries, and spoil islands in Upper Boca Ciega Bay Estuary near John's Pass. Awesome birdwatching paddle, especially during nesting time at the northern-most mangrove rookery. We loved the John's Pass waterfront so much on our paddle, we also found a back roads bicycle route to get to a pretty waterfront park at John's Pass where we liked to do dolphin watching and catch the sunset. Lazy us, even though the beach is only 2 blocks away, we commonly watched fireworks displays from the condo's front balcony (the condo is 2 blocks from the beach, but we could easily see the fireworks displays that seemed to come from behind the Bilmar. Though we're "older folks," when the wind was from the southwest and we heard the beat of the monthly drum circle, we felt compelled to walk the beach south and join it! Loved living there."
