My daughter has had a horrible time in this school district and these schools in Wilsonville. From elementary school to middle school she almost lost her life more than once to the unchecked violence in the school. She has been a victim of emotional abuse and neglect. In highschool she was exposed to a dangerous and toxic student culture at Wilsonville highschool. Its a massive struggle to get staff to work with you or respect your parental rights. Our whole family has been massively traumatized and we have regretted ever moving to Wilsonville in the first place. The rent is too high and now we struggle be able to move , the people for the most part are cruel, and the student culture is dangerous and extremely toxic. Its so bad we refuse to put our kindergartener in the school system in person here. We have our kindergartener online through Connections Academy and we are working on trying to get our teen to be open to going online as well through Connections Academy. Do not recommend any of these schools.

I've been bullied throughout my 7th grade year. Im in 8th grade and now I have trauma. I have Ptsd, and always remember what went on during that time. This school allows racial, and homophobic slurs to be said without punishment. The principal and vice principal never do any check ins after complaints. These teachers allow favoritism for children of teachers.

We deeply regret enrolling my child at Lowrie Primary School, a place that completely fails in safety, supervision, and education. Safety is a disaster—doors are left wide open during school hours, allowing anyone to walk in without check. Playground supervision is nonexistent; teachers stand far away while kids scatter, some dangerously close to the road in chaotic lines. There's no security—no locks, no fences, no vigilance.The school's "nurturing" rhetoric is empty. Students are treated like a herd, with no focus on individual needs or abilities. Kids with behavioral issues are ignored, letting problems worsen. Shockingly, kindergarteners use bathrooms without supervision, leading to incidents like a boy trying to force a girl into the boys' bathroom—discovered only by parents, not staff, with the teacher still clueless.The principal, lacking experience, oversees chaos. An early-year assembly was a disorganized mess, with kids running wild and doors still open to potential intruders. Teaching is lackluster, teachers are older and ineffective, and behavior issues are mishandled. Lowrie Primary endangers children and fails as a school. The state should not be funding this ticking time-bomb of a school.
