Description

Great location with good Howard County schools, quick access to highways, walking distance to grocery stores, bank and restaurants and yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. We had thoroughly enjoyed raising our two children there. One could stroll to get a cup of coffee, ice cream, a glass of beer, a meal or even a haircut. Not much has changed since our stay. The end unit has a two-car garage as well.

The home is being upgraded with new appliances, LVP flooring, hardwood stairs and a new coat of paint. The rent has been normalized for a 3 bedroom house that is an end unit with a two car garage in Howard County.

The renter is responsible for energy, water and sewage bills. Lease expires at the end of each year and if not renewed is effective as month-to-month. Owner pays the HOA fee.
